Treehouse Studios is a stunning Atlanta event venue and meeting space available for daily rental for private and corporate events. Located in the newly renovated Hudgins & Co. Inc. salvage yard at 642 North Avenue NW in downtown, Treehouse offers two large studios, totaling 5230 square feet of event venue space.

The venue vibe is open and airy with 16 foot high ceilings, beautiful oversized windows, a full kitchen and a covered patio making it a stunning event space for art exhibits, fashion shows, workshops, brand activations, brunches, family gatherings or whatever your creativity can dream up.

Our gated facility boasts 99 paved parking spots and is conveniently located close to major landmarks such as Mercedez-Benz Stadium, Georgia Tech, the Coca-Cola headquarters, Phillips Arena and the CNN Center and is 11 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

Studio A Event Rates

2880 Square Feet – Host up to 200 people standing or 120 seated

Our minimum rental time is 6 hours. Additional hours are billed at $200 an hour.

Studio B Event Rates

1900 Square Feet + 450 sq ft covered patio. Host 165 standing 75 seated

• $1600 / 6 hours

• $2600 / 24 hour buyout

Our minimum rental time is 6 hours. Additional hours are billed at $200 an hour.

Full Building Event Rates

5230 Square Feet – host up to 400 people standing or 200 seated

• $3400 / 6 Hours

• $6200 / 24 hour buyout

Our minimum rental time is 6 hours. Additional hours are billed at $300 an hour.

Inquire About Booking

Booking Policies

Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to confirm your studio rental. Remaining balance is due no later than three days before your scheduled event date.

Security Deposit – An additional $300 security deposit may be required for any client who wants to affix items to the walls. Deposit will be placed as a hold on a credit card which will be released or charged after post event assessment.

Contract – A signed contract must be received to confirm your studio rental. We will provide a rental agreement once a deposit has been placed.

Insurance – A certificate of insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 is required to confirm a studio booking and must be received no later than three days before your scheduled event. The certificate should name Treehouse Studios, 642 North Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 as loss payee and additional insured. Please submit to info@treehouseatl.com.

Security – A licensed and bonded security professional is required for any event that serves alcohol.

Alcohol – A licensed bartender is required to serve alcohol. Sale of alcohol is not permitted.
